About
A gathering of men in Leeds.
We meet over a drink, read Scripture, and say what's on our mind.
You don't need to have it figured out to come.
Why?
Most men carry something.
Most have nowhere honest to put it down.
This is somewhere.
About the organiser
Fraser Malyk — Leeds based. Married, four children.
Member of Christ Church Central, Leeds.
Just putting something on and seeing who turns up.
What I believe
I hold to historic Christian belief as expressed in the Apostles' Creed.
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
I also hold to the Reformed confessions of the church — the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Three Forms of Unity (the Belgic Confession, the Heidelberg Catechism, and the Canons of Dordt).
